Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore included in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
